South Brooklyn Bottle Shop conceptualized and produced a series of food and wine tastings. Each blind-tasting was accompanied by a booklet outlining the wines and food as well as providing space for tasting notes and retail information. Each booklet was eight pages, hand-trimmed and bound, and presented in a sealed polybag. An envelope was used to contain the tasting notes and to keep the wines hidden from view until the tasting was completed.
